Description
This is an original framed water color on paper titled: Crested Cranes by Elwood George Bengert. He was born in Clifton New Jersey in 1921 and live his life as a professional artist until 2007 when he passed away. He attended Parsons School of Design and was the recipient of the Emily Lowe Memorial Award. He work in oil and watercolor and was known for his work on marble. You can find him on Ask Art and other Bluebook Artist sites. Bengert was also a lifetime member of the Audobon Society of Professional Artist.
